About the Role
Brock University is seeking a qualified Instructor to teach a course in Industrial Relations. As a member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and contributing to the academic excellence of our institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach a course in Industrial Relations, including lectures, seminars, and lab sessions
- Develop and implement course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments
- Assess student learning and provide feedback
- Contribute to the development of curriculum and program initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Business or related field
- Experience in teaching quantitative research methods
- Prior teaching and/or research experience in Organizational Behaviour/Human Resources
- Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level
