Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation and change management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Operations.
  • Strong project management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with digital transformation tools such as Virtual Agents, RPA, or ChatBots.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
