Cybersecurity Strategist for Enterprise Risk Management

We are a leading manufacturing company seeking an experienced cybersecurity strategist to lead our enterprise risk management initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect our digital assets.

Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a dynamic work environment. As a cybersecurity strategist at American Iron and Metal, you will:

  • Develop and implement information security policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical data and systems.
  • Leverage industry-leading frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST to drive strategic risk management initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential threats to our organization's security posture.
  • Promote a culture of urgency and accountability within the cybersecurity team, emphasizing the importance of swift action in protecting organizational assets.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a technology-related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional security management certification such as CISSP or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of eight to twelve years of progressive experience in risk management, information security, and IT roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a high level of personal integrity.
  • Innovative thinking and leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
