We are seeking a skilled Senior Kitchen Operations Manager to join DEVONWOOD ENTERPRISES LTD as part of our dynamic team. This role is responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring that meals are prepared to the highest standards.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff and helpers, supervising kitchen operations, and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • You will also be required to inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and order supplies and equipment.
  • In addition, you will supervise kitchen staff and helpers, manage kitchen operations, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

About You:

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for this position, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A physical demand assessment is necessary due to the physically demanding nature of the job.
  • This is a permanent position with an estimated 33-35 hours of work per week.
