About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Grocery Store Sales Associate to join our team at SRF Grocery Store Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is an asset.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
