Job Overview

This role is focused on providing exceptional mortgage banking services to our customers. You will be responsible for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs. With a strong understanding of mortgage products and market trends, you will work closely with colleagues across the organization to ensure seamless execution and excellent customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of mortgage products, including features, benefits, and regulatory requirements
  • Build and sustain relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, recommending relevant products and services to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, records, and reports as required

What We Offer

As a Mortgage Banking Professional at TD, you can expect a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage banking or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving business objectives
  • Certifications in mortgage lending or finance an asset
