Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Assistant to join our team at JobCart Inc. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills and be able to read and understand production work orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all order aspects are properly organized, correct and complete.
  • Operate a small heat press to apply customization aspects to apparel.
  • Run daily duties to prepare printers and vinyl for application of names and numbers on customized apparel.
  • Accurately report any quality issues to supervisor(s).
  • General production tasks as required, such as bagging and tagging apparel and assisting in inventory counts.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, storage areas and workstations tidy.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English (written and oral).
  • On-site training provided for entire scope of work.
  • Design background or experience in clothing customization or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Physically able to go up and down stairs, carry boxes of 20-50lbs, and spend most of the work day standing.
