About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Systems Design Director to join our mission to create amazing games and experiences. As a key member of our team, you will report to our Design Line Manager and be responsible for setting direction and overseeing the implementation of features related to Economy, Progression, and Social.
Key Responsibilities- Direct long-term direction for Progression, Economy, and Social related features in line with the overall game vision
- Communicate vision, design, constraints, and concerns for your area
- Contribute to the maintenance of an inclusive and creative working environment
- At least one shipped title in a design leadership role
- At least one shipped multiplayer title as a designer working within any of the important responsibility areas (Progression, Economy, and Social)
- Live Service experience in a design leadership role
- Several years of games industry experience
- Experience shipping a F2Play game in a creative leadership role
