- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee and optimize medical billing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall operational performance.
- Develop, monitor, and manage operational performance and metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments and cross-functional teams to align billing operations with overall business objectives.
- A degree in business administration, accounting, healthcare management, or another relevant field.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in customer operations, with a background in medical billing operations being a strong asset.
- A proven track record of effectively leading teams and achieving performance targets.
- Experience within the SaaS or technology-enabled service industry.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
- A client-focused approach with a keen understanding of customer needs.
- The ability to adapt easily and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical billing processes and regulations (an asset).
- Proficiency in both English and French (spoken, written, and read) is required.
