  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
  • Oversee and optimize medical billing processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall operational performance.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage operational performance and metrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments and cross-functional teams to align billing operations with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • A degree in business administration, accounting, healthcare management, or another relevant field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in customer operations, with a background in medical billing operations being a strong asset.
  • A proven track record of effectively leading teams and achieving performance targets.
  • Experience within the SaaS or technology-enabled service industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
  • A client-focused approach with a keen understanding of customer needs.
  • The ability to adapt easily and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of medical billing processes and regulations (an asset).
  • Proficiency in both English and French (spoken, written, and read) is required.
