Landscaping Supervisor

The Friendly Groundskeepers Inc is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor spaces. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds are well-manicured and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities- Direct Planting: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns to create a beautiful and functional outdoor space.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective grounds maintenance.
- Task Management: Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems by providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of our properties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a physically demanding schedule.
