About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Pizzeria Piccolo. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure that all customers receive exceptional service.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used and assist with inventory management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, ability to multitask.
