About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Pizzeria Piccolo. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to order
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
    • Package take-out food for customers
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
    • Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders
    • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used
  • Teamwork and Support
    • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient service
    • Provide support to colleagues as needed
