Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead our client's service department in London, ON and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily service operations and manage a team of technicians to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Receive and respond to incoming commercial service calls and in-shop service requests.
- Schedule and dispatch road service calls and in-shop work, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with clerical tasks, including creating open orders and invoices in the company system.
- Resolve after-hours service-related issues and be available to come in after hours to relieve product for commercial service calls.
- Minimum amount of outside sales and P&D (Pick Up and Delivery) responsibilities.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English language (reading & writing).
- Trucking experience and dispatching background is an asset.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service-oriented role.
- Must be able to manage time efficiently and be punctual.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
