Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Tahinis Franchising Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food service offerings.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards.
- Combination of Sitting and Standing: Work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting and standing to meet the demands of the role.
- Accurate: Demonstrate accuracy in all aspects of the job to ensure reliability and trustworthiness.
- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and dependability in meeting deadlines and commitments.
- Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
- 1-2 Years of Experience: Possess 1-2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of food service operations and management principles.
