About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Totals Inventory Professionals. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory, from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless inventory flow.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Procurement and Supply Chain: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
