At Accoravillage, we're looking for a skilled Team Lead to join our retail team. As a key member of our store operations, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in operational functions, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Partner with store management to execute action plans, optimize results, and ensure effective execution of all store operational activities.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to the leadership team to improve productivity and operations.
  • Coach associates on customer service fundamentals, provide feedback, and assist in resolving customer service matters.
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to the team to maximize efficiency and ensure a positive in-store experience.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of related experience in a retail apparel environment, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully leading a sales team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Availability for varied weekly shifts, including weekends, closing, and holidays.
