About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Team Lead to join our team at Paper Education Company Inc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our software products and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of software developers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and strategies to drive business growth
  • Ensure that all software products meet the highest standards of quality, security, and reliability
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with product managers to develop and maintain product roadmaps
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Develop and maintain technical skills and knowledge of industry trends and technologies
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize technical debt

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software development and leadership roles
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of software development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
