About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on personal and small business banking products and services, including transaction, investment, and insurance solutions.
  • Support clients through the mortgage renewal or renegotiation process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive solutions for clients, referring them to specialists as needed.
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management rules, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment for clients.

Requirements
  • A college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • A mutual fund representative (MFR) licence, which can be obtained within three months of hiring.
