Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Royal Bank of Canada team as a Banking Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and sales expertise to our clients in the Calgary South network of Branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable client experience.
  • Respond to client-initiated contact, assisting with a full range of financial transactions.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to drive business growth and referrals.
Requirements
  • Mutual Funds accreditation (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
  • Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.
  • Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices.
