Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at SRA RESTAURANTS LIMITED. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Keep accurate records of food quantities used to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and providing a positive dining experience.
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but we will provide training to ensure your success in this role.
  • Relocation costs will be covered by the employer, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to relocate.
  • Fast-paced environment and repetitive tasks require a reliable and team-oriented individual who can work well under pressure.
  • Standing for extended periods is a requirement of this role, and you must be able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) occasionally.
  • Client focus, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for success in this position.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe dining area.

Language

The primary language spoken in this role is English, and you must be fluent in this language to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.Hours of Work

This is a permanent position with a regular 40-hour workweek, providing a stable and secure work environment.
