The Financial Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely collection of revolving account receivables, ensuring adherence to applicable policies and regulations while promoting the company's safety and quality objectives.
- Maintains outstanding accounts receivable at 45 days or less by reviewing delinquent accounts and speaking with customers via telephone to collect overdue amounts. Types and mails form letters to encourage payment of delinquent accounts and coordinates with a third party to facilitate collection efforts.
- Ensures proper corrective and preventive measures are in place for addressing customer issues or complaints.
- Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections or Customer Service roles.
