Fitness Sales Representative

We're a dynamic fitness community that's passionate about helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in helping us deliver an exceptional experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth through engaging with guests, building relationships with local businesses, and promoting our facility to prospective members.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and sales appointment goals set by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and concerns through professional communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses to increase club exposure and drive revenue.
- Organize community events and activities to foster a sense of community and promote our brand.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management on a daily basis.
- Strong passion for fitness and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Motivated to reach sales targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Sales experience is an asset, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
