Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at B.C. Cafe Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their roles and responsibilities.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure our menu items meet our high standards, making adjustments as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
