About the Role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care, while also working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
  • Assess and monitor residents' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure that they are providing high-quality care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care we provide.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Previous experience in long-term care is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
