Job Title: Food Service Manager

Alberta Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing operational procedures, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our food service offerings.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Client focus, flexibility, reliability, and team player skills.
