Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and create tailored physiotherapy plans to address their specific needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes.
- Develop and implement exercise programs, using a range of techniques and equipment to promote patient recovery and rehabilitation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care and optimal outcomes.
- College/CEGEP education in Physiotherapy or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospital, medical facility, or clinic setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
