Job Summary

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Multi Skilled Worker. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting our daily activities with a wide range of tasks, including cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform housekeeping duties, maintaining the cleanliness of residents' rooms and common areas.
• Assist with food preparation, setup, and cleanup, as well as serving meals and delivering trays to residents.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Report any injuries or hazards to the supervisor immediately and perform other reasonable requests from management.

Requirements:
• Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset.
• Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
