Retail Store Manager

Bottle & Cork Liquor Store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and maintenance of our inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth, and develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising.
- Store Operations: Oversee the maintenance of our store, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of equipment and fixtures.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and be able to stand for extended periods.
