Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

About the Role:

This position will be responsible for performing general office duties, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports using Microsoft Word or Excel. The successful candidate will also assist with coordinating information for internal use and distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties, such as answering telephone calls, completing data entry tasks, and maintaining accurate filing systems.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate information for internal use and distribution, utilizing effective communication skills to ensure seamless execution.

Schedule: This role requires flexibility, with working hours scheduled from Tuesday to Friday (4am-9am) and Saturday (8am-11am).

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or International equivalent.
  • Minimum of six months' office support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective oral and written communication, problem-solving, basic research, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Accurate and rapid data entry capabilities.
