We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our sales floor, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to meet the needs of our customers
* Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales floor team, ensuring that they are working together effectively to meet our sales goals
* Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that our store is always well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need
Requirements:
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Environment:
* 35 to 40 hours per week
* English language
