Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our food preparation and service team, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality meals in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members responsible for food preparation and service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure quality and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and repairs.
  • Prepare daily food order summaries for the chef.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet customer demands.
  • Standing for extended periods and physical demands are associated with this role.
