Business Solutions Broker

At NFP Corp, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Broker to join our team.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of $90,000 per year and is based in Ontario.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving financial and non-financial outcomes that support organic revenue development and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate with insurance carriers to drive financial and non-financial outcomes
- Develop coverage strategies and marketing initiatives with Account Executives and Account Managers
- Collaborate with clients to present complete, timely, and differentiated submissions to markets
- Analyze carrier quote proposals and present prospects or clients with clear summaries and recommendations
You will also be responsible for developing productive business relationships with key insurance underwriters and local NFP account management teams.
Requirements- Provincial P&C License required or obtained within 90 days of employment
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key team member and mentor to junior team members
- Proven technical competency and creativity in developing innovative property and casualty solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
