We are a leading cleaning services company dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
