- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and ensure that they are communicated clearly to staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team.
