About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Premier Construction Software. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by engaging with inbound and outbound leads. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a knack for persuasion, and a passion for exceeding targets.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bilingual (Fluent in French and English) both written and oral communication
  • 2+ years' experience in B2B sales, telemarketing/phone prospecting, or business development in a high-tech or SaaS industry
  • Ability to build rapport on the phone and in virtual meetings
  • Experience in high-volume outbound sales prospecting
  • Familiar with tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment

What You Will Do:

  1. Outbound prospecting generating new business (calls, email, social)
  2. Inbound lead qualification and distribution
  3. Set qualified introductory discovery meetings within ICP
  4. Understand customer pain points and articulate the Premier Construction Software value proposition
  5. Achieve targets of qualified opportunities
  6. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system
