Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Visual Branding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating stunning visual content that reflects our brand's identity across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cohesive visual branding strategies to enhance our brand's recognition and engagement.
  • Create impactful web graphics to elevate the visual appeal and functionality of our website.
  • Design customer-centric UX designs for website updates and improvements, ensuring an intuitive experience for visitors.
  • Produce marketing assets, including brochures, ads, and social media visuals, that showcase our products and services.
  • Film and edit videos for product promotion and company branding initiatives, highlighting our expertise and values.
  • Manage visual branding across all platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy in our marketing materials.
  • Photograph products to highlight features and quality for use on our website and in promotional materials.
  • Upload content to our website, ensuring that all visual and informational assets are current and aligned with marketing strategies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communications, Marketing, or Communications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a graphics, marketing, or multimedia role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Effective planning skills to meet deadlines for promotional campaigns and tradeshows.
  • Strong sense of composition, color theory, and typography to maintain brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and wireframing tools like Sketch or Figma.
  • Experience creating marketing assets for different channels (social media, print, online ads).
  • Ability to craft narratives that align with branding goals and resonate with the target audience.
  • Ability to visualize ideas through storyboards and write compelling scripts for promotional content.
  • Mastery of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and post-production workflows.

Bonus Points:

  • Basic web coding experience to assist in more dynamic web content creation.
  • Experience with WordPress for website content management and updates.
  • Previous experience in the tech industry, with an understanding of B2B and industrial applications.
