SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000.00-$80,000.00, plus commission on every sale depending on experience. With a strong track record of success, this role offers a competitive compensation package that rewards performance and drive.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CNC Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling CNC equipment and services to metal shops and manufacturing plants across Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a strong understanding of CNC technology and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment.
You will be working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. This will involve visiting metal shops and manufacturing plants, identifying opportunities for sales growth, and developing relationships with key decision-makers. As a CNC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of CNC technology and a proven track record of success in a sales environment. Ideally, you will have 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, specifically selling to metal shops and manufacturing plants. You will also need to have a valid driver's license and a clean abstract.
A mechanical or electrical technician background is highly desirable, but equivalent experience will also be considered. You will need to be a self-starter with a consultative approach and a strong ability to build relationships with clients. As a CNC Sales Representative, you will be working independently, but as part of a team, and will need to be able to communicate effectively with our clients and internal stakeholders.
