Food Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure they are equipped to handle customer complaints or concerns.
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• Prepare and submit reports on department performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff to meet high standards of quality and customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Familiarity with food service regulations and industry standards.
