Job Summary:
The Worship & Creative Arts Pastor will lead the worship and creative arts ministry at PAOC, overseeing the development and implementation of worship services, events, and programs that inspire and engage the congregation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead worship services that are relevant, engaging, and spiritually uplifting.
- Oversee the creative arts team, including musicians, artists, and technicians.
- Collaborate with other ministry leaders to integrate worship and creative arts into the overall ministry of PAOC.
- Recruit, train, and equip volunteers and staff to serve in worship and creative arts ministry.
- Manage budgets and resources for worship and creative arts ministry.
Requirements:
- Strong spiritual leadership and vision for worship and creative arts ministry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Experience in worship and creative arts ministry, preferably in a church or para-church setting.
