We are seeking a skilled Foot Care Nurse to join our team at Home Concierge. As a Foot Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality foot care services to our members in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Foot Care Nurse with Home Concierge, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their own unique needs and requirements. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing foot care plans that meet the individual needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' foot health needs
  • Develop and implement personalized foot care plans
  • Provide ongoing foot care services to clients
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of foot care plans and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

  • Current license as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing
  • Completion of Advanced Foot Care certification
  • Current 'G' Driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
  • Current Personal Liability Insurance
  • Experience in community nursing an asset
