Sales Representative Montreal East

Techo-Bloc is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our team in Montreal East, Lanaudiere. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our services and products to clients in the commercial and residential landscaping industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote our services and products to clients in the commercial and residential landscaping industry;
- Develop new markets and maintain relationships with existing customers;
- Support our network of distributors and resellers in the assigned territory and consolidate our presence with landscape architects, civil engineers, architects, and designers;
- Capture good opportunities, negotiate business deals, and meet the needs of business customers;
- Collaborate in the development of our business development plan by analyzing customer needs to maximize sales;
- Identify, prepare, and participate in promotional events;
- Conduct strategic intelligence of the competition.
- College diploma or Bachelor of Administration (relevant experience may be considered);
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B sales;
- Bilingual - Fluent in French and English (English is required to serve our clients in the United States);
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage projects with rigor;
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills;
- Autonomy, proactivity, organization, and problem-solving;
- Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office suite);
- Valid driver's license and excellent driving record. This position requires frequent travel.
