Job Title: Education Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Education Program Coordinator to join our team at Sun Peaks Resort LLP. As an Education Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of educational programs for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate records of program participation and outcomes.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including coordinating logistics and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Provide on-going professional development, training, and consultative services to teachers and staff.
  • Administer pre-hospital emergency care and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate various vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain equipment and instruments, and keep maintenance reports and documentation up-to-date.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop curriculum for training programs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Judgement and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
