Registration Associate Job Description

**Event Support Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to support our registration team at the JW Client Parq Vancouver. As a Registration Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our attendees.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist with the preparation and distribution of registration packets
* Provide exceptional customer service at the registration desk, responding to attendee inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
* Collaborate with the concierge team to organize and manage the registration area
* Help with the collection of CLE sign-in sheets in various meeting rooms

**Requirements:**

* English should be your first language and you must have a strong understanding of alphabetization
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a conference or event setting
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

**Working Conditions:**

* This is a temporary assignment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service to our attendees
* You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and afternoons, and may be asked to travel to other locations
