Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Registration Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to attendees at our conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble registration packets and distribute materials to attendees
  • Provide registration desk and reception support, including greeting attendees, answering questions, and directing them to their sessions
  • Work with the concierge team to organize and manage the registration desk
  • Assist with the collection of CLE sign-in sheets in various meeting rooms
Requirements
  • English should be your first language
  • You must understand alphabetization
  • Seasoned conference experience is preferred
  • You should have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure
Working Conditions

This is a temporary assignment, and you will be working on a Thursday. You will need to travel to another location and arrange for transportation. You will also need to park your vehicle.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this role.
