We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Southbridge Care Homes in Shelburne, Ontario.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality resident care in accordance with established nursing standards and principles.
  • Assess residents' health needs and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Supervise and direct nursing and personal care staff to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Registration or eligibility for registration with the Registered Practical Nurses Association of Ontario.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of nursing and healthcare practices, including infection control.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
