Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sankalp Restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes
  • Estimate and control food costs and inventory
  • Ensure high-quality food presentation and service
  • Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Proven track record of menu development and cost control
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
