At BioScript Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a strategic partner, you will play a key role in driving business results through effective people programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of HR professionals to provide high-quality service to the organization.
  • Develop and drive the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with business priorities and goals.
  • Drive successful performance management programs and work with the HR team and managers to effectively manage individual performance.
  • Facilitate the consistent application, implementation, and improvement of HR policies, processes, and programs.
  • Translate operating goals into HR processes, projects, and assignments and integrate and initiate the work with key stakeholders and functional partners.
  • Support the achievement of business strategies by providing proactive insights based on people and organizational strengths and constraints.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.
  • Drive people engagement strategies that foster an environment where all employees are respected and valued.
  • Oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related discipline.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-paced environment.
  • 5+ years' experience in an HR leadership position is an asset.
  • CPHR designation attained or in progress is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience working and/or integrating processes using an HRIS is strongly preferred.
  • Experience partnering with various stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and successfully managing change.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and practices is required.
  • Well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to make decisions and work autonomously when necessary.
  • Experience in the administration of various HR programs, preferably in an environment where employees were spread out over various geographic areas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated conflict management and resolution skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and contribute to the development of new initiatives, ideas, and approaches to improve our team's processes and systems.
