  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales and customer service goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Loss Prevention: Identify and implement strategies to prevent loss and reduce shrinkage.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain the appearance of the store, including ensuring that the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas are clean and organized.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
