Your Role as Merchandise Coordinator

As a Merchandise Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise from our warehouse to our sales floor. You'll be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure that products are displayed effectively and that our customers have access to the latest trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the movement of merchandise from the warehouse to the sales floor, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
  • Collaborate with store associates to prioritize tasks and implement merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Provide training and guidance to associates on merchandising best practices, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate weekly updates and implement changes related to merchandise presentation, ensuring a visually appealing and organized shopping environment.
Your Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail merchandising role or a similar field.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of current fashion trends.
