About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Spence Diamonds. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and leading a team of Sales Support Associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Store Operations: Manage all administrative, data entry, and financial handling and accuracy within the store.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Sales Support Associates, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage monthly schedules for the Sales Support Associates, ensuring scheduled hours do not exceed allotted hours.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and onboard new Sales Support team members, ensuring they are properly trained and follow company procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain supply inventories, conduct physical inventory cycle counts, and alert management of any discrepancies.
  • Loss Prevention: Support Store Leadership in ensuring all company controls and procedures are maintained in regards to safety and loss prevention.
Requirements
  • Strong Organization Skills: Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year(s) of customer service experience.
  • Administrative Experience: 1+ year(s) of administrative experience.
  • Management Experience: 1+ year(s) of management or supervisory experience.
Compensation

$21.00/Hourly
